Juventus head coach Andrea Pirlo could have Paulo Dybala back available for selection for the Bianconeri's midweek Serie A clash against Fiorentina.

The former Palermo forward missed the 4-0 away victory against Parma on Saturday with a muscle issue, but scans have revealed the injury isn't as bad as once feared, which could put him in contention to feature on Tuesday.

However, it is unlikely he will start the match, with Pirlo set to stick with in-form striking duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata, who scored three of the four goals between them versus Parma.

Pirlo has tended to rotate his midfield this season from game-to-game, but with this being their last fixture before the wInter break, he may opt to stick with the same midfield that impressed at the weekend.

Alex Sandro started in a more advanced left midfield role and could do so again, with Aaron Ramsey, Weston McKennie, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Dejan Kulusevski making up the remaining slots in the five-man midfield.

Federico Chiesa is naturally pushing for a start against his former club and very well could start, but only if Pirlo wishes to rotate. He'll definitely see some action even if it is off the bench.

Merih Demiral and Giorgio Chiellini are close to returning but are unlikely to be risked versus Fiorentina and might have to wait until 2021 to feature again.

Arthur is still missing after the injury collected against Atalanta.

The only change might see Wojciech Szczesny return in goal to replace Gianluigi Buffon.
