Fulham manager Scott Parker admits that he is "disappointed" by the actions of club vice-chairman Tony Khan following the defeat against Aston Villa.
At Craven Cottage the promoted outfit were comfortably defeated 3-0 by Villa, while they could have conceded a lot more after looking desperately vulnerable at the back.
After the game, Khan posted an apologetic message on Twitter, outlining some of the club's recent failures to sign new defenders.
I should + will apologize repeatedly for that performance. I’m sorry everybody. We all need to do a better job. Everyone at the club for the past year worked really hard to get the team up, & now we need to work significantly harder to stay up. I promise better efforts than today

On Sky Sports, pundit Jamie Carragher subsequently called Khan a "clown" for getting involved.
It seems that Parker wasn't too enamoured with the Tweet either, which he describes as "not helpful".
"It's not something I agree with but it's how he sees it," said Parker.
"The thing I'm actually disappointed with, is how he's apologising for the performance. He shouldn't have."
Fulham are rock bottom of the Premier League after their opening three matches and have conceded 10 goals in that time including the three against Villa.
Even though the result wasn't there, Parker is happy with the effort put in by his players.
"The performance last night was a good performance which was a group of players who have done everything they can," he added.
"From 3-0 down they were still trying work as much as they can to try and get us back in the game and for that I don't agree with him."
Fulham have signed just two players on permanent deals since being promoted - Kenny Tete and Antonee Robinson.
As well as part-owning Fulham, Khan also co-owns the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL as well as wrestling company All Elite Wrestling.
