Liverpool boss Arne Slot will take charge of his first Premier League game at Anfield on Sunday, as the Reds host Brentford.

The Dutchman got off to a winning start in the top flight last week with a victory over Ipswich, while Thomas Frank's Brentford beat Crystal Palace 2-1.

The Reds were impressive in pre-season and won four out of five games versus Real Betis, Arsenal, Man Utd and Sevilla, with their last friendly being a draw against Las Palmas.

The only injury concern for Liverpool is Jarell Quansah, who had to be withdrawn against Ipswich. The issue isn't believed to be serious, however.

Brentford had a mixed pre-season as they only won one of their four friendlies and that came against Estrela Amadora.
