With the Premier League title race so close between Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City at the moment, every point earned could prove vital between now and the end of the season.
The Gunners face a tough task in their attempts to claim all three against Brighton, who are on a 14-game unbeaten streak at the Amex Stadium.
The home side are ninth, looking to qualify for Europe once again.
Current Form
Brighton's Current Form
Brighton haven't actually played at the Amex in nearly a month as the last time was the Europa League second-leg win against Roma that turned out not to matter much anyway.
Since then they have had two games on the road and failed to win. A 2-1 defeat at Liverpool was followed by a 0-0 draw away at Brentford.
In the draw against Brentford, the Seagulls actually set a new club record in the Premier League for the most shots taken on goal (24) in a single game without finding the back of the net.
Goalscoring has become a real problem as you need to go back eight games to find an occasion when they scored more than once in a game.
Arsenal's Current Form
Arsenal are on a sensational run in the Premier League and have only failed to win once in 2024 and that was in the 0-0 draw against defending champions Manchester City.
They are unbeaten in 10 and won nine of those.
Last time out, Mikel Arteta made a raft of changes to the team to freshen things up, but they still ran out relatively comfortable 2-0 winners at home to Luton, with a Martin Odegaard strike and an own-goal from Daiki Hashioka sealing the win.

Roberto De Zerbi will almost certainly be without Solly March, Kaoru Mitoma, Billy Gilmour, Jack Hinshelwood and James Milner, however.

Brighton vs Arsenal: Scoreline Prediction
Brighton are on an exceptional unbeaten run at home but Arsenal have been absolutely magnificent in 2024 and the Gunners will probably have too much for the home side, who have struggled to score recently.
